​How do I

place an order?

You can place an order by pressing the button "ADD TO CART' , after you chose your desired colour / size and other characteristics of the product.

 You can continue shopping or go straight to "MY CART" where, if needed you can "Add note to seller" for a more specific requirement you might have. We accept credit / debit card payments, PayPal or JoeShmo Voucher codes.

Delivery Information

We ship 1st class and tracking.  Please understand that we have no control over environment or the Postal System. We can't  monitor all the packages we send out to make sure they arrive, we depend on the customer to inform us of any lost packages. 

International Shipping:

We ship first class air mail, and the International Shipping cost is an average of places to which we  ship. We cannot guarantee a delivery date due to Customs, however, be aware it could take up to 14 business days to receive your item(s).

Processing time.

We set our processing time at a manageable pace for us.  However, we aim to make and despatch your jewelry within 3 days.  The processing time is not a guarantee, more of a good estimate of  when you can expect your package to be shipped.  We will always contact you if there is likely to be a delay.

Exchanges

Please let us know as soon as possible if there is anything wrong, missing or damaged from your order.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If you have any problems 

whatsoever, please contact us and We will make it right!  We are very reasonable.

If you are not happy and/or change your mind We will accept returns, and provide a refund,

A mistake on our part will be refunded 100%.
